(Friday, Saturday & Sunday) is a flat rate for 5 hours of event time and includes - Your choice of Linen and Napkin colors, White tablecloths for the buffet, head table, gift table and cake table, Choice of 3 different candle centerpieces, Choice of 4 styles of vases, trees with white lights, white archway, China and flatware for up to 250 people, Room and decoration set-up, Use of the sound system, lighting and our 900sqft Dance floor and clean up)

Room rental on weekdays is priced per
hour of event and includes:

Sunset charges per staff member per hour to service an event.

• Sheet cakes (prices vary per size and decoration)
• White back-drop for ceremony or behind your head table $100.00 rental fee

Deposit/Contract
Sunset requires the room rental and a signed contract to confirm your date.
50% of your estimated balance is due 4 months prior to your event date.
A final number of guests confirmation is
due 7 days prior to your event.
Balance of your contract is due by the
date of your event.
